Beautiful walk takes you along the estuary, then bearing right, cross links golf course to arrive at the main beach car park. Stop at beach café for refreshments before turning left along beach with view of The Parrog and the Preseli Hills as a backdrop. Follow the river around to the left and back towards iron bridge, leaving the shore just after the boathouse. Last part best at low tide! About 3 miles, circular. Mainly level.
