Parrog Newport to Newport sands

mostly off road apart from crossing over the iron bridge(road). not buggy or wheelchair friendly. occasional slippery ground. beautiful sandy beach. cross over a small golf course. get onto the coastal path. walk right to the end and go through the gate. turn left walk across the iron bridge the when you get over the bridge turn left and get back onto the coastal path. carry on along this path. if you want to take the long route carry on over the golf course across the car park then you will see the beach on the left. if you want to cut off the golf course there are some concrete steps along the path to your left which takes you onto the beach at the end.
