Park at Jennycliffe free carpark where there is usually ice cream van if youfancy one on the way!
Then starting at Jennycliffe cafe opposite the car park follow the grass to the right where you'll pick up the path leading down to Mountbatten beach. Beautiful sea landscape along the way.
Mountbatten beach is at the bottom and is dog friendly.
Carry along and you'll come to another small car park where at the end is a concrete path leading ip to Mountbatten tower. From here follow path and steps leading you down onto Mountbatten pier with beautiful views over to Plymouth Hoe and the lighthouse.
Then after the pier at the start of the pier turn left and follow path past the pub and you'll walnut past the water activity centre and come out back by Mountbatten beach where you can take the path back to Jennycliffe again.
