About this walk

Welcome to Lochore Meadows Country Park. With the loch as its heart it gives your dogs the chance to cool down in the summer months as well as it’s grassland and oak woodland environment, the Park offers visitors the opportunity to appreciate and learn about wildlife by seeing for themselves. There are woodlands, meadows and grasslands, ponds, a Nature Reserve and of course Loch Ore itself. There are paths and trails throughout the area, many of which are wheelchair and mobility scooter accessible.

We met lovely people, children & dogs on our walk today. We have a puppy Dalmatian & everybody was stopping to talk & clap her.

It’s the ‘meedies’..path all the way round, always a great walk. Can be very busy at times but you can divert off the path through the woods for an adventure. Recently the loch water had some algae so not too great for the dog.. but try keeping the dog dry?! Lol Star makes a beeline straight to the water.. face first 💦 …
