About this walk

I highly recommend this walk!

You can either follow the path leading from the car park, which is a flat, pathed walk enclosed with trees.

The other option is to follow the path across the road, which is more open than the other path but is still flat and pathed.

The trail is an old railway line that cut between Brixworth and Spratton countryside. Both walks are lovely with some beautiful country scenery. There are a number of benches along the trail where you can stop for a picnic or just to look at the views.

Next time I'm there, I'll add more pictures.

Nice walk but watch out for the cyclists they don't believe walkers and their dogs should be invading their space.

Agree with blakey - some cyclists seemed to think they have right of way although a little bell would do just to warn anyone on their approach. Nice route for walking and kids cycling though, very flat and straight.

It is located between Spratton and Brixworth. As there aren’t really and other locations on that road, it isn’t hard to miss and the car park is straight off the road. The post code I believe is, NN6 9DT
