About this walk
Nice long walk or a short riverside walk. It is National Trust. Dogs can go off lead but not so on the heathland as there are cattle and sheep but those parts are well fenced off to stop ant dogs wandering in accidentally. Can go through with dogs on leads. They have Central Bark which is a dog friendly cafe where dogs can be either outside or inside after a good leg stretch. Plenty of parking

I like it here. There is a main foot path around the lake but also lots of tracks before you get to the park as well. Nice views as well. Cafe and toilets. Paid parking but you could spend several hours here. Ideal for big or small Link →
