Walk around the back of Luton airport, lots of space for dogs to go off lead and depending on the direction a little bit of forest

Marlowe and I tried this walk today. Really enjoyed it, several other dogs and owners around. Combination of tree pathways and open grassland and a bridleway. It is muddy in a couple of places, but we did walk off main walkways. Car park easy to find from the details given in the "how to get there details", but not huge about 20 spaces I think, you can stay for 3 hours free, according to the signs. There are lots of bins around the perimeter for poo bags. We walked about 2 miles today, but could have walked for much longer and it appeared there are a couple of other walks at the end of the bridleway in the direction I walk down it. Also saw a sign for The Friends of Wigmore Park - dog walk - 5/5/24, unsure if this a regular occurrence. -
