About this walk

Entrance to car park is on the A53 on the out Skirts of Leek in the staffs Moorlands area of Staffordshire. There are no facilities here but Leek town centre is a 5 minute drive away with cafes, pubs and shops etc.

The walk is a mixture of open pasture land and woodland, there is also a stream here. Please note there some marshes/boggy areas in the woods, your dog will find them!

This place is not vast but still a pleasant place to visit.

Hi cjford as the person who added this park thought i would reply; yes you can let your dog off however there lots of rabbits near the hill/tree line (where their warrens are, left of the car park) the don't tend to venture into the open fields, the other thing is if you do go into the wood area to the right of the park (when entering from car park) there are some swampy areas. hope this helps its lovely place sure dog will enjoy it Rob L
