Gortin Glen Forest Park

This is a perfect all rounder walk that's suitable for everyone. Multiple routes are available for all abilities, from short flat routes to long steep ones. All routes are gravel paths or forest roads, most suitable for wheelchairs/buggies. It is also I great one for the kids too as has a sika deer enclosure, duck pond and beautiful carved wooden play area. Pay and display parking is £4 for cars but you could spend all day here! There are no cafe facilities but plenty of picnic tables to bring your own and toilet facilities with disabled/baby change are located by the car park. A river runs through the forest for doggies that like to paddle too!!!
