Arnside Knott is a 159 metre high hill near Arnside Cumbria, England. On a clear day it has beautiful views of Morcambe Bay, Silverdale and the Lake District.
A great off lead walk for dogs with a variety of routes to get to the Trig point at the top.
On our visit close to the top there was a ‘Take a Selfie’ heart which was a pretty surprise and our Westie had a picture 📸 ❤️ 🐾
We were going to do the circular National Trust route but decided to walk to the top and meander through all the great viewpoints.
FYI-
There are no water sources so remember to bring some for your pooches on hot days as certain parts are a bit of a hike. There are no bins on the walk. Also, the route to the car park is a bit of a struggle and is via a single track, pot hole laden road. The actual car park is also quite small. There was also a sign warning visitors of ticks so be aware for yourselves and your pooches
