This is a small woodland area where you can easily spend a good hour or so walking your dogs. For some dogs I would recommend leads or longlines as the forest is surrounded by a busy road and farmers' fields that sometimes contain livestock. There are plenty of different routes to take in this forest making for some interesting walks, although it can get very muddy in autumn and winter! Depending on which routes you take it can be quite hilly and treacherous under foot so care should be taken.
