Short walk (about 20 mins or so depending on walking speed) but can go round a couple of times and there are fields/other routes that can lengthen the walk. Lots of local wildlife around. Main path easy to navigate

This is our daily walk and love it. Considering this is within a town its nice and tranquil with plenty of wildlife, including some bolchy swans and geese in late spring. There's a small car park for maybe 20 cars and it a nice circular route on decent paths that are resistant to flooding. -
