It has a gravel path but there are different paths which lead further into the woods, it is difficult to get lost as there is a monument (dedicated to William Wallace) at the top. There is also a kids park bellow

The "view point" back towards the Ochills is not really a view point. The main highlight of the walk is the view from the base of the monutment across towards Stirling. The rest of the circuit is uninteresting and not really worth it. Plenty of parking including bins, lockers, and a cafe.
