Gorgeous North Yorkshire Moore’s walk next to a National Herritage site which welcomes dogs onto the grounds (as long as they’re on a lead) the dogs can also enter the cafe. You can either park in the village although it would have to be on a country lane so not much room, or the Abbey has parking for £3 (but you need to buy a something from the cafe also, they do this to stop the car park from getting over crowded). Once you’ve parked and got a drink from the cafe, you can exit the car park and walk a few meters right, following the green and yellow arrows labelled ‘North Yorkshire Moore’s’ on the gates to your left. This opens up into some fields, you can keep following the arrows for as long as you want the walk to be! It actually is a 7 mile circular route with ‘sweeping views’, if you’re feeling up to it!
