Cavehill Country Park

Beautiful view of Belfast from Belfast castle at the top of the avenue. An even better view after even a short climb up the hill. Several different walks for different abilities. Gentle short walk around castle and it's garden where dogs must be kept on a lead. Longer uphill and downhill walk around the park in front of the castle where there are plenty of squirrels to entertain your dog!! For a more serious walk for your mutt you can take a route up cavehill, big forest walk with steep climbs but well worth it for the view. Lunch and dinner can be had inside Belfast castle also.
