Lovely walks along a board walk and wild Fen, part of National Trust. Dogs on leads here. But there are also free public footpaths running alongside which are equally nice. Plus Riverside walks.

2 years agoUnfortunately dogs are no longer allowed on any of the Sedge Fen walks which includes the boardwalk in the photo. It’s such a shame, as this was one of our favourite, non muddy, walks which was suitable all year round for dogs and children.
2 years agoThat is a shame. I see the NT website says you can still walk the wider fens, via the footpaths. I've done a few of those, and it's quite a big area and free. Down the side of the river is nice and I was lucky to see the wild ponies. Which I missed when we did the boardwalk. It can get muddy though as Rocky says.
7 months agoLovely walk but we did go on a day where it just got hotter by the minute so had to cut it short. Will go again for the circular walk. Norman loved it here
