About this walk
Lovely walks along a board walk and wild Fen, part of National Trust. Dogs on leads here. But there are also free public footpaths running alongside which are equally nice. Plus Riverside walks.

Unfortunately dogs are no longer allowed on any of the Sedge Fen walks which includes the boardwalk in the photo. It’s such a shame, as this was one of our favourite, non muddy, walks which was suitable all year round for dogs and children. -

That is a shame. I see the NT website says you can still walk the wider fens, via the footpaths. I've done a few of those, and it's quite a big area and free. Down the side of the river is nice and I was lucky to see the wild ponies. Which I missed when we did the boardwalk. It can get muddy though as Rocky says.
