About this walk

Milton country park is a popular place for dog walkers. There are signs to say where dogs must be kept on lead but there also areas where dogs can run free. There are lots of good facilities, toilets, a small cafe, benches, children's park, litter and dog bins. The park can get very busy at weekends, weekdays are much quieter. It's a lovely place for an afternoon stroll with a couple of lakes for a doggy paddle but watch out for the swans who get grumpy if they are disturbed.

Lovely walk, lots of paths to take. Dogs are able to go in the lakes, but occasionally does get overrun with fishermen

Can be busy at weekends and school holidays but a lovely walk, flat for the most part with easy to follow paths. Plenty of wildlife around for sniffs too! Can be very muddy in winter so wellies are a must! One of Shilohs favourite places. Can be included in a much longer walk along the river into/out of Cambridge.

Nice walk around the lake. Cafe with water for the pooch. Always lots of dogs on this walk.
