About this walk

Nice off lead walk around the parameter of the gog magog, great view of Cambridge. There are some larger fields that can be walked through but dogs must be kept on leads as there are lots of birds which nest in the long grass in spring and also sheep which are in a secure field. There are a few benches scattered around to rest you feet. The doggy playing field is nice to watch dogs playing together and chat to other dog owners. I haven't had any problems with parking on the times I've been in the week, not sure how busy it gets at the weekend.

Really fantastic place to walk a dog; clearly sign-posted on and off lead areas, well maintained paths, fences and gates and some spectacular views over Cambridge. Took our ex-racer greyhound this weekend and he had a complete ball.

I like this walk - easy to park, not usually too many people around in the week (weekends are busy) and a good, off lead walk for the pooches. You have to pay to park unless you buy a season ticket, which is well worth it if you live nearby (currently £3 each time)

The best walk we have had. The dog was happy to meet other dogs without the leash. This walk will we take again.
