A fairly short but beautiful walk up a tunnel formed from the tree canopy opens on to vast fields of rapeseed. At the top of your climb you'll find a lovely old windmill and 360 degree views of the south downs. Lovely spot for a dog walk and a picnic when you get to the top.

The lay-by can be full so be forewarned. Lovely short walk but there are other footpaths to follow if you want a longer walk. Dog loved it and was off lead for majority of time. Windmill and views well worth the climb. -
