Norsey Wood is a 67.2 hectare biological Site of Special Scientific Interest in Billericay, Essex. It is also a Local Nature Reserve and a Scheduled Monument. The site is ancient oak woodland on acid soil which has been converted to mixed sweet chestnut coppice. Plenty of paths + disabled access which will take wheelchairs. Picnic areas for families (no dogs allowed in picnic area)

Lovely walk, can do a short one on a concrete path with woodland all around or you can go and explore. Nice parking and lovely surrounding areas. -

Nice walk can get very muddy so bring wellies. Mobility friendly walk -

Can be a little muddy in places. My dogs liked the little stream.
