Bolam lake is a great dog walk, there's a lake (obviously) with a well maintained path around it, some great wooded areas and some open grassy areas. Great for a picnic as well. Parking is £1.40-2.80, and there are toilets. Very dog friendly.

Smaller walk than expected although it was pretty. A long way to travel for less than an hours walk. -
