This circular walk takes you along the shingle coast, past the RSPB Minsmere Nature Reserve to the Sizewell Nuclear Power Stations. Here you can see the cormorants resting on the old outflows and hoards of gulls feeding off the warm water outflow from Sizewell B. The route then cuts inland through woods and heathland, through the village of Eastbridge with its pub. Then up through the western edge of RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Heath.

As this is a circular route, you could start from the Sizewell beach car park (chargeable in summer, free in winter), where there is a summer cafe or from the National Trust Car Park at Coastguard Cottages (chargeable all year unless you are a National Trust member), where there is a cafe.
