Lovely heathland, woods and beach owned by the National Trust, and just by Minsmere RSPB bird reserve. A range of walks in varied landscapes: heaven for dogs! From March to September, some areas are lead only but there are always places you can let dogs off lead eg the wonderful beach. You can link into other footpaths, including a lovely 6 mile circular walk via Minsmere Sluice, Eastbridge and Sizewell Belts.

Nice walk and beautiful surroundings with the heath and the coast. However, heavily "dogs on leads", which is something to be aware of if your pooch is better off lead! -

Done the walk on Christmas Day - hardly met any people or dogs which was great as Waggers could be off lead from the car park to the beach and back. Muddy walk to the beach from the car park so be prepared.
