Can someone give directions to the car park? I can't see it at 223 Clopton Rd when looking at google maps...
5 years agoDid you get the directions merlinspack?
No I didn't - we haven't done the walk yet as we aren't really sure where to go & don't want to drive all the way there and not find the start & car park. Do let me know if you know it.
5 years agoJust drive up to the end of The Clopton road. You'll see parking spaces and find the car park at the end. You really can't go wrong.
Thanks Karenx999 we'll have a go at some point soon. :)
5 years agoIn terms of 'cows in the fields' - are these fields ones that you walk through? My dog has pretty good recall and I really want him to have a good romp, but not if he's going to get himself in trouble if he decides to ignore me!
4 years agoPlanning on going here next Sunday. Are there any changes to restrictions etc that we would need to know about? Thanks in advance x

Walked here today, really nice walk. For those driving, simply get onto Clopton rd and follow it to the end. You come to a cattle grid junction. You can choose to stop and park here, or cross it and drive through to the car park. If it’s damp or been raining, it’s definitely a walk that needs wellies!
