About this walk

Bangour village hospital is village fill of abandoned buildings onced used as hospital facilities in ww1 and later as a mental hospital. The scenery is beautiful and the creepy atmosphere is exciting. My Bo was in her element browsing around the creeky villas.

Update: It has been reported that this area has now been flattened and the site is being developed on.

Good paths for wet weather. Large grass area for off lead. Interesting buildings and history but buildings are unsafe so make sure your dog doesn't get inside

Our daily evening walk location, plenty off lead opportunities for our spaniels, though the security van does pass by most visits - they are friendly and always stop to let us pass safely.
