Season beach is a fantastic place for your dogs to be completely free and off the lead all year round. There is plenty parking either at season beach cafe or surrounding areas to the beach. Parking at the cafe is completely free providing you purchase something, we usually buy a warm drink and something to eat at the end of the walk.
There are various access points to the beach once parked so don't worry you can't get lost at all.
The beach is very accommodating for all families and suitable for all ages and ability.
The walk can take 1hr 30 or longer depending on walking pace. But always nice knowing a warm drink awaits.

When tide is out you can walk to Downderry. Nice cafe for coffee and pub The Smugglers Inn allow dogs and serve fabulous food, very popular with locals and visitors alike. The Sunday carvery is amazing. Dogs allowed on beach all year -

Fantastic place for dog walking. Easy to park - we were here in March, probably different in hotter weather.
