Riverside park is a really good family friendly park that's great fun for dogs. The park itself has nice accessible paths. A little walk away past the rowing club down the riverside is a really nice walk, great if you wanted to walk a dog away from all the excitement of the park. Parking was about £1 for two hours. There are ice cream vans and drinks sold in the summer.

A lovely walk along the river (when you get to the bank, go right. You can walk much further that way) . The park is big and well spaced out. There is plenty of room for children and dogs. If you go with your children, there is a good playground in the park, some sprinklers and a small skate park too. A cafe and toilets are available. Car park - I think we paid £2 for 4h. You can use the PayByPhone app. The dog pen is great, with some bushes in the middle, which makes it more interesting for dogs. We’ll definitely be back with our dog! -
