About this walk
Park in the Moor Hen pub car park. Walk in the direction of the pub and just keep going, or stop at the pub first! It's approximately a four mile round trip if you only walk to the next pub, The Harlow Mill. Once you reach the Harlow Mill cross over the road bridge and make your way back. You can walk further, the river has a path along side for miles or you can cut it shorter, there are several pedestrian bridges. If you want to veer away from the river there are public foot paths but be aware they end up coming out onto a road, usually without pavement. Once you leave the pub area there is very little foot traffic.
