This 6 mile walk has a number of possible start points. We started at the Bracelands Campsite entrance (Grid ref SO561130) where there is parking for those not straying at the site. An alternative start is the Symonds Yat car park.Although the stretch along the "Wye Valley Walk" is flat, there is a steep climb to the Symonds Yat view point and steady climb back to Bracelands. There are stunning views of the River Wye, evidence of wild boar in the woods and varied woodland.

This is a really nice walk with some fantastic views. Initially the paths take you through woodland and is ideal for off lead dog walking. There is a steep descent /ascent in and out of Symonds Yat for those who are not as mobile. Once in Symonds Yat there are a couple of dog friendly pubs to grab a beer and food with great views down the river. -

Fantastic walk. Starting from Gracelands and heading towards Symonds Yat, we found the trail quite steady. Although I thought it needed more dog waste bins. -
