Farley Mount Country Park is made up of several large copses. There is a selection of gravelled trails as well as the option to go through the forested areas. We walked a standard circuit through West Wood round to Crab Wood which took about an hour although much longer walks are possible. The main trail is fairly easy to follow and we found it to be a lovely, quiet walk and only saw about four people the whole time we were out. Please note though that although there are several car parks to access the park walks, they are off Sarum Rd heading towards Farley Mount monument which is pretty much a single track road so be prepared....not best suited to very large vehicles.

This is my spaniel Jasper's favourite walk at the moment, some of the woodland is very ancient Crab Wood in particular and when the flowers out in Spring it is divine. One word of warning though it is also tick heaven so make sue you have your O Tom tick twisters handy!! -

Fab walk in November, very quiet and lots of different paths to follow in West Wood. Once covering the wood we walked over to the monument which was also a doggo friendly walk. -
