Along the water's edge on the River Hamble on the Warsash side. A beautiful walk along a gravelled pathway that can take you from the Warsash area right back through to Bursledon. Walkers need to be aware that the river is tidal; adventurous dogs will get muddy if they venture to the shore with the tide out.

I have been on this walk LOTS, as very local and Rosco loves it, lots of sea smells and there is always lots to see and he loves a swim, so I would recommend you take a towel.. -

A nice little walk - would advise wellies in the wetter weather as the whole path is muddy and retains water - the view was stunning and it was a lovely walk with lots to sniff! - very busy, went Sunday afternoon, and a lot of people with dogs of leads so slightly more awkward for those with younger dogs but would recommend. -

Love this walk with my dog. He is off the lead the whole time. Car park is small and busy during core times. 7pm onwards is easier to park. A long straight river walk and nowhere to get lost! -

Beautiful walk especially in summer, lots to see, you can get the pink ferry across the water & go for a drink in a pub :)
