A shingle beach walk for long distances in either direction from Marine Parade. There is a car park but as we did not use it I cannot say if it was paid or not. We turned right from Marine Parade towards the Monks Hill end of the beach.
There are the usual May - Sep restrictions on the beach and dogs to be kept on lead when on the promenade.
