Lovely walk on mainly flat route. Large areas for off lead fun. Be careful some of the paths are close to the busy main road.

Great off lead walk, my dog always gets very wet and muddy here! Wellies are a must! This area turns into a marshland in the winter months, but I have used my (off road) pushchair in the summer. FORESTNUTSTER is right, there are areas which are very very close to a busy main road (Cherque Way) where cars wizz past at 40-50mph. Be careful of nesting birds walking through the Nature Reserve :-) -

Just to note that Gosport Borough Council have now introduced a rule that only 4 dogs person can be walked. -

You now have to pay to park, however you can park in the housing estate opposite. Still a nice walk with plenty of paths to follow and views to view. -

New cafe set to open. Already open are toilets including a Changing Rooms toilet
