If you stick to the left at all times on this walk you can walk out to Warsash foreshore and along to Bursledon. -

Could anyone please tell me if it is on lead throughout? Or if it is only certain places. I don't want to travel all that way to find out my dog can't run -

I could be wrong(!) But from memory I don't think it is on-lead throughout. I'll try to find out and will post back if I can find out for certain. -

Dogs to be kept on leads at all times. Warning that penalties apply, but non-specific about what penalty. -

One of my favourite walks with the dogs only issue is that dogs must be kept on lead as part of a nature reserve and joint ownership with Holly Hill mansion but a great walk and can walk through to get to Warsash tow path where you can let let dogs off. -

I have not actually walked here since it's become a woodland park. I lived off Barnes Lane 1970-73, on Mulberry Ln. Our property was called The Orchard for the large number of apple trees there. The steam which enters the park from the NNW was the boundary of our property, and as near as I can tell, where the stream enters the park was the SW edge of our property. As a kid I explored all through there. It was a great playground. Does anyone know the name of that stream? Thank you -
