Another beautiful location within the New Forest National Park. A short gravel drive leads to ample off road parking with some prime parking space in the shade. The car park includes a toilet block and a fenced in BBQ area, for those of us who don't want to share their food with the horses. The enclosure itself has a well maintained gravel path with walks averaging 2.5miles, but you can do as much as you want.
Outside of the enclosure is Wilverley Plain with miles and miles of open parkland, ideal for ball games and family fun.

Perfect walk for us. Children and dog loved it. Excellent toilet facilities and an ice cream van waiting at the end for refreshments. Will definitely visit again. -

My favourite NF walk, such fun! Just be aware that (winter 2019/20) forestry works are in progress weekdays, meaning dogs should not be off lead for safety reasons, and at weekends (after rainfall) muddy puddles and tracks are extensive! -

Lovely walk across the glade and in the forest. Good paths to follow. Beautiful woodland. Easy and free parking available. FYI There were horses grazing -
