Pathed walk along the River Medlock. There is a refreshment cabin at the start of the walk. There is also a purpose mountain bike in the woods.
Car park closes around 3pm in winter or when ever is dusk.

lovely quiet walk bit hilly in parts -

Clayton vale is an urban oasis for dog walkers, there are lots of trials and areas for play, joggers and bikers and families use the space -

This is my regular walk. Partly forest and a party along side the river. A few years ago the forest was dug up to madhe a mountain bike trail and its now being advertised as a bike trail. Its a nature reserve with a bike trail -

I don't think there's any planned walks. There was a regular pug group walk but I've not seen those for a while. I'm there most days if you want some company
