St Ives Estate is a large area that includes plenty of off the path forest routes, paved areas, a park, cafe and lake.
There is plenty of opportunity for off-lead exercise and exploration, although there are no fences between the forest and road so care should be taken with dogs. The forest is large, I've been walking there for 20+ years and aren't even close to knowing all the routes! There is smaller forest home to an array of wooden sculptures which are also interesting to look at.
