This is a walk we did around Lake Llyn Padarn (one of two, the other being Llyn Peris) in Llanberis. This can be quite a long walk, and at a moderate pace it took us 4-5 hours. Great if you really want to wear the doggies out! We started on the south side of the lake, working round it clockwise. This walk has it all, tunnels, bridges, waterfalls (kind of!), slate, hills, fields, and the Llanberis railway. We did this walk on New Years Eve and it wasn't particularly busy, but I imagine it would be in warmer weather. There are some areas where it was essential to keep the dogs on lead, for their own safety really, but much of the walk can be made off lead. There is a large field by the railway station, and it had several horses that seemed a bit unsure of the dogs, so best to avoid and give them a safe distance.

This is a lovely walk with stunning views around the lake, it is a long walk but the dogs will love it and will be knackered afterwards! -

Took 4 hours through a mix of woodland paths and flat level gravel paths. Loved it and got 15k steps done.
