There are so many different trails to choose from. Some are pathed others are off path and through the woods. It does say to keep dogs on the lead, but no one actually does. However, there is a likely chance there will be horses and cyclists on the route so you probably will have to put dogs on the lead in those situations.
There are always loads of dogs there so it's a great place to take your dogs if they're good with others. Also perfect for a Sunday, family walk.

Walked this one today. Plenty of different paths to wander. Some very muddy though, so take your boots. -

What a great place to take a dog. Off lead most of it, loads of different routes to take and lots of enrichment. -

Love this walk Perfect for a hot sunny day There’s even a river at the bottom of the bridleway if they need to cool off!
