2400 acre National Nature Reserve. The park has open heathland, woodlands, seven lakes, wetlands, and marshes - each with its own rich variety of plants and wildlife, some rarely seen in the region. Cattle and wild ponies graze on the land. Children's play area is located at Town Gate.

Biggest urban park in europe. Great spot, bring water. Allow 10 mins to get in and out of car park -

Peaceful woodland walk. Free parking, and even came across some wild ponies! Dog friendly cafés too! -
