This is a partially circular walk in Church Place Inclosure, Ashurst, Near Southampton/Totton.
The walk is fully gravelled so is great for wet times as not prone to being too damp! Start by parking in the free car park adjacent to Ashurst Hospital & the Happy Cheese Pub, then walk passed the car sales/garage unit, towards the gate located adjacent to the telephone exchange.
Drinks and basic chain pub food at the Happy Cheese. The walk is really pretty flat so great for kids on little bikes + wheelchairs etc.

Great walk for dogs. If you have an adventurous dog who chases leave on lead until you get to the old farmhouse at the start of track as there are animals in adjoining fields, only 5 mins. Once you are past the gate it’s ok to leave them run wild. -
