Culverley is a pleasant walk located just off the B3056 (Hatchett Lane). If you are traveling from Beaulieu then it is on your left, just after the white railings as you pass over the bridge. (If you find Pig Bush you've gone too far!) There is a small carpark that seems to split in two. I have been past in certain months and the car park has been closed off, although I am unable to say specifically when its shut. (Presumably winter.) The walk takes in mainly forest areas, and you can go over a stream. There is not really an obvious pathed area, and it is more suited to just going and exploring. Needless to say we did get a bit lost, but thats all part of the fun! Dogs loved it here. Lots to sniff out and explore.

Brilliant walk for an energetic spaniel that needs to run off leadwork! No roads and no crowds. Miles of proper woodland! Can recommend this walk. Though we also got lost! Nice to have drink afterwards at The Drift. Dog friendly with lovely garden. -
