Starting at the car park in West Hythe follow the Royal Military Canal path west, after about 1km (you will be running parallel with Port Lympne zoo), there is a footpath on the right that takes you up through the park.
When at the top of the hill it joins a road with no footpaths, and you cannot easily take a circular route. I'd recommend coming back the route you came from.
The carpark is free and it's also very near to the microbrewery for light refreshments

Lovey walk where you can see the giraffe at the end . (limited space in car park) Can get very busy along the track with bikes and walkers.
