The woods are popular for dog walkers, they offer shelter in the rain and shade in the summer. The woods walk can be as short or as long as you like. It’s pretty much flat with some shallow climbs. Once into the woods there are no roads nearby and so a great place for off lead where Sydney loves to explore the the woods, chase the squirrels and play in the beck that runs through the woods. It her favourite daily walk.

Lovely walk at any time of year. There are some steep bits once you get to the end of the first bit of woods with steps down to the bridge then steps up the other side to the next bit of woods but it'd well worth the climb. Off lead all the time. He loves ghe stream for a paddle and drink.
