Childhood Home of Lady Jane Grey. with beautiful parkland, river & ruined house. all surrounded by several acres of Deer park & woods. wonderful place for a dog to walk off lead but it is used widely by horse riders and there are several herds of deer roaming free so if your dogs a hunter then might be best to keep him on a lead. in the deer park there are view points, monuments and a folly.

Its great here, very scenic. My dog loved it. Nice views and wide open spaces. Plenty to explore. Go off path or on! -

They do strongly advise dogs to be kept on leads. Link → -

This is a beautiful park, we walked the top part to start there are some stunning views to enjoy, we later went into the lower part of the park again It’s just beautiful, although it was very busy in this part the park is so vast it’s easy to sit on the grass by the lake and watch the world go by, we will absolutely return here you can easily spend the whole day -

Lovely park, but it gets very busy so not a good one if you want some peace and quiet. There are also deer roaming freely which is lovely, but dogs without recall need to be kept on lead. -

Lovely place for a walk. Main paths and cafe/vistor centre can get busy but lots of quieter paths to follow as well. We keep our cocker on a lead or long line with so many deer around.
