Nice easy 1 mile lap around the reservoir with many bushes and a whole lot of water perfect for off lead play

Why has the Water Board gated both ends of the reservoir wall so you can no longer do a circular walk around it? -

Hi Poggy According to other dog walkers I see up there who have contacted the water board regarding this apparently it is because they have to monitor the land and how much it is slipping also one of there workers was apparently been set upon by a dog (this myself and everyone I have met can not believe as all the dogs we have met up there just want to play and are friendly) That said I still find it an enjoyable walk snaking through the heather field at the start then walking a horse shoe around the res then another snake thought the heather field on the way back I use to do 2 - 3 laps around the res I now just do one horse shoe lap unless my dogs want to go again.
