This is a great walk if you want woods but on a path albeit a little bumpy. I've ticked "Wheelchair friendly" but you can only access the track through a kissing gate. The track is a bit hilly as well.
The official website has a really good information about the walk so it's a little tricky to come up with something else. I would suggest finding a spot on the track and just stopping and listening, it's so quiet!

Drove here for this walk today, and parked on the large triangle where Standalone Warren meets Long Drive. Very cold wintery day, so hardly a soul around. My beagle loved running into the trees and sniffing the undisturbed scents. There's a big look out station that resembles a tree house in one corner of the woods. It's marked "Not for public use", but you could probably have lots of fun asking kids what they'd see from it. A bit squelchy underfoot, so take your wellies if it's been raining. Lots of fun! -

If it has a kissing gate and is a bit hilly then it is not wheelchair friendly. Ever tried being in a wheelchair? Clearly not! -

Great area! There is a larger car park in another public wood to the east. They are only about 1km apart with a path joining them. Good for a longer walk. -

LOVE dog walks here. There are two areas split by a very busy road with fast moving traffic so be careful there. Once in the wooded area there is ample off-lead walking opportunities!! -

My dog loves this walk. Just need to keep an eye on the time as they do lock the gate to the car park here. We nearly got locked in once. -

A nice mixture of forestry and fields. Great to let the dog off. -

A very long man made path takes you right through the woods but there are lots of different tracks to walk as well. Do be warned though that if it rains these tracks get very boggy. A very small car park, so you may need to find somewhere else to park. Does get a little busy at times.
