This is a 2.5 mile walk through the Lower Test Nature Reserve, Totton and Nursling near Southampton. It surprised me to find such a rustic and tranquil walk in such an urban area close to the motorway. It includes water meadow, wood and a short stretch of industrial estate to remind you where you are.
