About this walk
Mixture of flat, surfaced pathways and narrow, hilly paths through woodland in the National Forest.
There is a free carpark and small picnic area with benches at the start of the walk.
There are a variety of paths to take ranging from a short circuit of about 20-30 minutes to a much longer circular walk of over an hour.
Some of the smaller paths can get muddy in winter, but the main path remains relatively dry and flat year round.

Nice easy going walk. Can be a a bit slippy and muddy after rain. Quiet and able to hear birds and your own conversation 🙂 -

An enjoyable area in which to walk. Can be very muddy after rain and beware of horses, both single and trekking groups.
