About this walk
Kedleston Hall and estate (National Trust)
this is a lovely walk through the estate of Kedleston hall, car parking if free but there is an entrance fee of £5 per person to the grounds the house is extra National trust members are free. dogs are allowed in the grounds of the hall on leads. there are many walks around the estate including a circular walk that takes you through the woods up the hill opposite the hall with great views of the hall and surrounding country side. dogs must be kept on leads due to live stock in the fields on the walk.
there are toilets plus a cafe and restaurant at the hall, dogs are allowed on the grass out side the cafe where there are tables to take in the estate views over a cup of tea and cake
